If you regret your purchase

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

The right  to cancel your purchase goes 14 days after the where you received the goods.

To act on your right to regret you must notify of your wishes to cancel in an unambiguous statement (for example via letter, fax or e-mail). You may contact us through this formular.


Packaging and the condition of the goods, when you return it.

Your right to cancel goes away, if the goods are not returned in the same condition as they were received in, and if the sealing of Vinyls, CD’s or Cassettes has ben broken.

The goods must be returned to us as fast as possible and as the latest 14 days after we have received your cancelation statement.


Consequences of cancelation

If you utilize your right to cancel we will refund all payments received from you, including freight costs (not including extra costs as the result of a different shipping method than the one originally used) within 14 days of your cancelation. We will carry out the refund through the same vendor used for the original transaction, unless you specifically wish the refund through alternative vendors.

If the goods have flaws (Complaint)

When you shop on you have a 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the goods fixed, exchanged, get a refund or discount if you find flaws on the goods. 

It is of course a requirement that the flaw has not been obtained due to malicious use of the product (We do not take scratched records back, unless they were so when you received them!)


How fast must I compliant?

You should state your complaint as fast as possible, and we recommend that you do so within two months.

We refund fair shipping costs

If the complaint is accepted we will refund your (fair) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you ship the goods to us

When you return the goods we ask you to, as detailed as possible, to describe the problem. Remember that the goods always must be returned in proper packaging. Please attach the receipt for the shipment, so we can return your shipping expenses.


What we do with your personal information

To make a purchase at we need the following information:

  • E-mail address

We register your personal information with the sole purpose of delivering the goods to you. The information are registered and kept at Rillbar for 5 years, after which the information is deleted.
